What are your business hours?

Atelier is open 9am – 6pm Monday through Friday; 10am-3pm on Saturday

Our vintage clothing repairs and upcycling services are designed to help you cherish your vintage pieces for years to come. What is turnaround time?

It all depends on the project and availability. Alterations take up to 14 days. Rush orders are available per request.

Custom-made orders take about 6-8 weeks.

We’re always working hard to ensure you get your garments ready as soon as possible.

What is the price range for alterations?

Each garment is unique, that is why we recommend scheduling a consultation to ensure we are able to price work accordingly.

Do you make clothes for men?

We offer casual custom made clothing options for men. We do not offer custom made suit at this time.

Can I place a custom order if I am out of town?

Absolutely.

Do you ship/take out of the state of Georgia orders?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS, FedEX or DHL. Rate is calculated based on the weight and destination.

Can we have a virtual consultation?

We are happy to jump on a Zoom call at any time convenient for you.

Do I need to bring my own fabric?

If you have fabric that you’d like to use for your project, feel free to bring it with you to our first appointment. We do carry variety of fabrics in stock as well. Looking for something unique and specific, we are happy to help you find it.

Can you remake a vintage or designer piece?

Yes. Send us a photo reference or a sketch to get a quote.
